We help you wade through the layers of the onion that is you, to re-discover your true self, the one that you want to be so that you may live a fulfilling life. To do so, we talk about your goals. Then, bring in a combination of therapeutic techniques tailored to your personality and circumstances, as well as empathy, open and honest communication, and sometimes humor. All three therapists see adolescents, adults, couples, and families of all kinds experiencing a wide range of emotions and events. The goal is to teach you how to become your own therapist so that you may continue the growth experienced in therapy after we part ways. We offer sessions as late at 7pm.
