I view therapy from a person-centered perspective, and am open minded and non-judgmental. We'll tailor sessions so they address your individual needs and lived experience. We'll use different therapeutic approaches to focus on the relevant aspects of your life: emotions, problem-solving, relationships, environment, and your mind-body connection. I teach skills, as well as help you process deeper understandings of yourself, and your concerns. I wish to empower you to successfully work through negative emotions and life events, and embrace all that your life has to offer. Ultimately, my goal is to help you bring balance and harmony to your conflicting emotions.

I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. I have over 10 years of experience with substance use, and adolescent issues.
